The deployment
Chrysalis is one of India's largest K–12 franchise networks. BlueberryML's ClassGrade platform is deployed as the core learning infrastructure across the entire network — not a pilot, not a subset of schools, but a full production deployment serving every student, every teacher, and every school in the group.

The challenge
Delivering consistent, high-quality learning outcomes across 90+ independent school locations is operationally complex. Curriculum delivery, assessment quality, and teacher performance all vary by location — and centralised oversight at scale is difficult without automation.
