The manifolds
A family of manifolds.
Learning is the first domain, and the proof at scale. It isn’t the boundary.
Every manifold is built the same way. Priors from the best available sources set the shape. Evidence from use refines it. Products ask it questions. What changes from domain to domain is the axes: what's worth measuring, and in what units.
Learning
English, Maths and Science coordinate systems; a foundational spine for ages 3–8; curricula from Cambridge to India’s state boards. It runs assessment, marking and adaptive paths at national scale.
- Axes
- Accuracy, pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, content in English; procedural fluency, reasoning and more in Maths and Science.
- Where to see it
- In production in India; Outloud English; the Montessori demonstration.
Emotion & personality
A persistent inner state for characters and companions: valence, arousal, warmth and attention. Traits that hold, and moods that settle back to baseline. Expressed through voice and a live animated face.
- Axes
- Fast state: valence, arousal, warmth, attention. Slow traits: personality and values.
- Where to see it
- Working prototypes; demonstrations on request.
Later life
The developmental geometry read the other way, paired with the emotion manifold, for companion characters in care homes.
- Axes
- The developmental axes of the early years, combined with the emotion manifold’s state and traits.
- Where to see it
- Pilots with care-home operators, starting in Korea.
Your domain
Priors go in, evidence refines the geometry, and products query it. If you have a domain and the data, we’ll build its manifold with you.
- Axes
- Whatever is worth measuring in your domain, in units its experts already use.
- Where to see it
- Start a conversation.
One geometry of a whole life
Built to connect.
How we develop
The learning manifold and its foundational spine for ages 3–8.
Who we are
The emotion and personality manifold.
How we change
Later life: the developmental geometry read the other way, carried by a character with an inner state.
A companion that knows how capacities develop, and has a real inner state of its own, needs both manifolds at once. That's why we build them in one place.
